Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms with professionalism and timeliness
- Coordinate complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for executive team members
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict attention to confidentiality protocols
- Process financial transactions, expense reports, and purchase orders using QuickBooks
- Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
