Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front desk operations including visitor reception and call routing
- Coordinate executive calendars and schedule appointments for Monday transitions
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and weekend-specific documentation
- Prepare weekly reports and data entry using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain filing systems
- Support cross-departmental projects during weekend business hours
- Assist with office inventory management and supply replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
