Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics for weekend operations
- Handle confidential documentation, data entry, and record-keeping with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process incoming/outgoing communications, mail, and deliveries efficiently
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate weekend office operations, supply inventory, and facility management
- Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks and project assistance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
