Responsibilities
- Manage office operations during weekend hours (Saturday & Sunday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Oversee office inventory management and supply procurement
- Support event coordination and meeting preparations for weekend activities
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
