Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and digital platforms with professionalism
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Organize and maintain physical/digital filing systems with strict adherence to compliance protocols
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Assist with event planning and logistical coordination for weekend meetings and functions
- Provide backup support to weekday administrative staff as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in professional office environments
