Responsibilities
- Manage Office Operations: Oversee daily administrative functions, including filing, faxing, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars, and schedule appointments for senior staff.
- Communication: Handle incoming emails and phone calls professionally, acting as the primary point of contact for visitors.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital and physical records, and generate reports as needed.
- Vendor Coordination: Assist with ordering office supplies and managing vendor relationships.
- Event Support: Help organize and prepare materials for weekend company events or workshops.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant (1+ years preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Office Management is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
