Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and appointment schedules
- Perform light clerical duties including data entry and document management
- Support office operations with basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and equipment setup
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
