Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phones, and routing inquiries
- Coordinate office communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for executive staff
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and equipment functionality
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires and coordinating interviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
