Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning for executive team
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, visitors) with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement processes
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel files
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and expense tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office administration or executive assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and office equipment
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Associate degree or equivalent certification preferred
