- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance requests
- Screen and direct incoming communications, resolve inquiries, and maintain confidentiality
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and manage employee records
- Support departmental projects through research, data compilation, and documentation
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
Qualifications
