Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Coordinate departmental meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minute documentation
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing for department heads
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in corporate or professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
