Responsibilities

- Schedule patient appointments efficiently using our EMR system
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Process insurance verification and billing documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing and data entry
- Support office inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with EMR systems preferred (Epic, NextGen)
