Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and vendors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate office calendar, meeting scheduling, and conference room bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with tracking accuracy
- Maintain reception area appearance including lobby cleanliness and supply management
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and file management
- Support HR functions onboarding paperwork and employee inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
