Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors, screen candidates, and maintain visitor logs
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage conference rooms
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with clerical tasks including data entry and document management
- Support office inventory management and supply procurement

Qualifications
