Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and routing calls
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule meetings, and manage executive appointments
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision
- Maintain organized filing systems and digital records using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support administrative projects including data entry and report compilation
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment
