Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, screening calls, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate office communications and manage executive calendars
- Perform administrative tasks: data entry, filing, document preparation, and mail distribution
- Assist with office event coordination and meeting logistics
- Maintain reception area presentation and supplies inventory
- Support HR and administrative departments with onboarding processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years reception or administrative support experience
