- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Procure office supplies and manage inventory across multiple departments
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and visitor logistics
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in office administration
- 3+ years of professional office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strong time management
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Experience with office equipment (copiers, scanners, AV systems)
