- Manage multi-line phone systems with professional call routing and message handling
- Perform high-volume data entry into CRM and ERP systems with 99.5% accuracy
- Greet visitors, screen candidates, and manage appointment scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with administrative tasks including report generation and document formatting
- Collaborate with department heads on confidential information management
- Implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/data entry experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional accuracy
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
