- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and document management
- Support office operations through basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
- Maintain confidential client and employee information securely
- Collaborate with department heads on administrative projects and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry skills with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal abilities
