Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including visitor reception and call screening
- Coordinate calendar scheduling and meeting logistics for executives
- Handle confidential data entry and document management systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipping logistics
- Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement coordination
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and HR documentation
- Support ad-h administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
