- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor communications
Qualifications
- Proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute and 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
