Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and administrative databases
- Greet visitors professionally and manage conference room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing systems
- Support HR and accounting departments with administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry proficiency with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems a plus
