Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with a professional and courteous tone.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
