Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and answer multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
- Sort and distribute mail, process incoming and outgoing packages efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and meeting rooms.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in receptionist duties and data entry (minimum 1 year).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and attention to detail.
