Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security badges
- Support administrative tasks like data entry and file management
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Assist with event preparation and meeting room setups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
