Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for executive team members
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain reception area appearance and ensure office supplies are stocked
- Perform data entry and document management using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding new hires and visitor protocols
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
