Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and message routing
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, ensuring positive first impressions
- Maintain tidy reception area and coordinate office supplies inventory
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with accuracy
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room reservations
- Perform light administrative duties including data entry and document management
- Support HR functions with new hire onboarding paperwork
Qualifications
