Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screening and routing 50+ calls daily
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring seamless check-in process
- Coordinate executive calendars and meeting room bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office inventory
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and scheduling
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and supplies
- Collaborate with vendors for facility services and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Associates degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency with scheduling software (Calendly, Office 365)
