Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing meeting logistics
- Greet visitors warmly, providing first impressions and handling access control
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Support administrative functions including document preparation and filing
- Assist with event coordination and meeting room setup
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
