- Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and email correspondence with speed and accuracy.
- Data Management: Perform data entry tasks, maintain digital filing systems, and ensure all records are up-to-date and confidential.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and contracts using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and manage the break room inventory.
- General Support: Assist in ad-hoc projects and support team members as needed to maintain office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
