Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain critical data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and documentation
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement processes
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and record maintenance
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and document management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) and data accuracy (99%+)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
