Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism.
- Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting agendas and materials.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, and generate routine reports.
- Assist in the preparation of travel itineraries, expense reports, and procurement of office supplies.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Support special projects and event coordination as needed by department heads.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
