Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails efficiently; handle inquiries with a high level of customer service.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules, coordinate calendars, and send reminders to clients and staff.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly to relevant departments or individuals.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including setting up the conference room and arranging refreshments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
