Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination with precision
- Screen and direct high-volume calls to appropriate departments using multi-line phone systems
- Greet and assist all visitors with professionalism, including VIP clients and board members
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Maintain reception area appearance and inventory of office supplies
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and executive documents
- Coordinate office events and catering for executive meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive receptionist or high-level administrative experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
