Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail handling
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting scheduling, and complex travel arrangements
- Manage office inventory and vendor relationships for supplies/services
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain confidential records
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and report generation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Implement office safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive-level receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and scheduling software (Calendly)
