Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume data entry tasks with exceptional accuracy and speed.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with professional phone etiquette.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports and correspondence using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
- Perform light clerical duties such as scanning, copying, and faxing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry and receptionist duties preferred.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
