Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a strict focus on accuracy and speed, utilizing Excel and CRM platforms.
- Manage incoming communications, including filtering emails, screening calls, and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for management staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and format internal documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for easy access.
- Assist with light bookkeeping duties, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support or data entry role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
