Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer and company data into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls with a professional and courteous tone.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with inventory management by updating stock levels in our digital tracking systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Support administrative staff with data verification and report generation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, receptionist duties, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Must possess a typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy (95%+).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and available for full-time hours.
