Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Update and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Manage incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Reconcile invoices and process expense reports.
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
