Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage critical data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Process and maintain confidential records with utmost discretion
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage office inventory and coordinate vendor relationships

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with proven data entry proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
