Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the daily schedule, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the executive team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment for remote/hybrid support.
