What You'll Do:
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Handle front desk operations, including mail distribution and package management.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the management team.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk reception duties, including answering phones, transferring calls, and taking accurate messages.
- Screen and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and secure reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and package handling.
- Update and maintain the company's contact database and filing systems.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and prepare necessary materials for internal meetings.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as expense reports and scheduling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front office role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
