Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage email inboxes efficiently.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and mail.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including filing systems and databases.
- Office Coordination: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Report Preparation: Compile data and create detailed reports for management review.
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; strong organizational skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule with flexibility for remote work.
