Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Organize and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, take detailed minutes, and prepare meeting materials.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
