Responsibilities

- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Document Management: Handle data entry, file organization, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Communication: Draft and proofread emails, memos, and reports; act as a liaison between departments.
- Office Support: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and assist with event planning when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
