Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule executive meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality.
- Documentation: Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, memos, invoices, and other documents with precision.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, manage filing systems, and ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend shifts.
