Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for specialized technical roles in AI, quantum computing, and emerging tech domains
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job narratives, and optimize candidate experiences
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with cross-functional stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to ensure competitive positioning for critical technical roles
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to refine recruitment strategies and measure key performance indicators
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position QuantumLeap as the employer of choice for 2026 tech innovators
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in sourcing hard-to-find AI/ML, quantum computing, or cybersecurity talent
- Deep understanding of technical skill assessments and ability to evaluate candidates for complex engineering roles
- Expertise in leveraging modern recruitment technologies (Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter) and data-driven methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting recruitment metrics and optimizing processes
- Track record of building diverse talent pipelines and implementing inclusive recruitment practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field; SHRM-SPC or CTS preferred
