Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Design and execute aggressive global sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates with niche skills required for the 2026 tech ecosystem.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of AI-driven recruitment tools to optimize pipeline efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Cultivate a compelling employer value proposition that positions Nexus Horizon as the employer of choice for forward-thinking professionals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and psychological safety.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to forecast hiring needs and adjust strategies in real-time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS platforms; familiarity with AI recruitment tools is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate market shifts and align talent strategies with long-term business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
