Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in scaling high-growth tech teams

- Advanced proficiency in recruitment AI tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Certification in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion recruitment strategies
- Experience with international talent acquisition and visa processes
- Strong data literacy with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
- Track record of building talent pipelines for pre-IPO and Series B+ companies
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
