You'll partner with C-suite executives to future-proof our talent pipeline while championing DEI in next-generation recruitment practices.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year talent acquisition roadmaps aligned with technological evolution
- Develop predictive hiring algorithms using machine learning and labor market analytics
- Design immersive AR/VR recruitment experiences for future-focused roles
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement blockchain-verified credential systems
- Create neurodiversity inclusion frameworks for emerging tech positions
- Establish ethical AI governance for automated screening tools
- Build talent ecosystems in emerging markets (metaverse, quantum computing)
- Measure impact through predictive analytics and retention forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic recruitment with 5+ years in tech/futurism
- Proven experience implementing AI/ML in talent acquisition workflows
- Expertise in labor market forecasting and skills-gap analysis
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Web3, quantum computing, or biotech talent landscapes
- Experience scaling recruitment in hyper-growth tech environments
- Strong background in ethical AI implementation and bias mitigation
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
